MAK Conveyancing was formed in 2009 by its founder and Principal, Karen Kendall.

Following an extensive career in property conveyancing and related property roles in both Australia and the United States, Karen Kendall saw a thriving property market in Dubai with an essential need for conveyancing services to ensure Buyers, Sellers, Developers and Lenders were all safely and smoothly represented during transfers and transactions.

Our Dubai and RAK teams deal daily with Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Developers and the various property-related authorities, such as in Dubai with Dubai Land Department and in RAK with the RAK Municipality. which is why MAK has developed a comprehensive understanding and relationship with all stakeholders.
