Jan Baluyut

Jan is a Senior Conveyance Manager at MAK Dubai with over 10 year’s Real Estate experience.

Jan’s background in Real Estate gives her a deeper understanding of the full range of what a property transaction entails. Jan is an expert in sales & purchase agreements and is also extremely knowledgeable in all the property transaction processes which she draws upon to advise her clients. Prior to working at MAK Dubai, Jan worked at a Law Firm for 2 years in Corporate Services as a Property Transaction Manager.

She assisted with all real estate transactions and other aspects of corporate services such as licensing and corporate administration. Prior to this, Jan worked at one of the leading Mortgage Brokers for almost 7 years as a Property Transaction Manager and as IT support.

Jan has a degree as Bachelor of Computer Engineering which she graduated in 2004.
