MAK Conveyancing was established in 2009 by its founder and Principal, Karen Kendall.

Following an extensive career in property conveyancing and related property roles in both Australia and the United States, Karen Kendall saw a thriving property market in Dubai. Karen saw in the UAE an essential need for conveyancing services to ensure buyers and sellers all safely and effortlessly represented during transfers and transactions.

MAK is a team of incredibly experienced property conveyancers, with a total of over 50 years experience, based in Dubai, transferring properties across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

Since 2009, Karen and the MAK Conveyancing team have relentlessly continued to work closely with the UAE regulatory authorities to ensure that property transactions are carried out efficiently and effectively. Throughout the process, MAK safeguard that all requirements are met so the property is transferred smoothly and free of any incumbencies.

Our team deals daily with buyers, sellers, lenders, developers and the various property related authorities in Dubai & Ras Al Khaimah (such as RERA and the Land Department), which is why MAK has developed a comprehensive understanding and relationship with all the stakeholders.
